Marina Davar

Marina Davar has spent her career on both sides of the healthcare workforce equation. She built the programs that trained clinical staff, and today she runs the practice that hires them.

As Dean of Dental Studies at Beckfield College she built the dental assisting program from a blank page, wrote its curriculum, carried it through CODA accreditation, and planned and equipped the clinical training lab. She now manages operations and revenue cycle for a large medical practice in the Cincinnati tri-state region.

Almost nobody writes from that position, which is why this site exists.
